- The partner provides HCL with a single point of contact for all task orders and interfacing with the partner. The partner-HCL SPOC holds accountability for all operational activities.
- Ensure that effective and consistent management and technical approaches are applied across all task orders from proposal preparation through project execution and task order closure.
- Help HCL to respond quickly to customer requests for task order proposals, marshalling resources across separate corporate organizations as required to meet customer requirements.
- Provide partner the benefits of synergy across task orders, and a structure, which enables the exchange between teams of important technical insights and lessons learned.
- Periodic review meetings at all strategic, delivery and service management levels to ensure that the objectives of the partnership are met.
