HCL’s European Journey

HCL’s European journey started in 1999 and within two years we bought a stake in British Telecom’s Apollo Contact Centre in Belfast and became the first Indian IT company to invest in the UK. Today, other than Skandia and Dixons which are two of our largest customers in Europe, HCL is providing services for over 70 customers in Europe. We have expanded our footprint across Europe through a much focussed approach for each of the target markets within the region.
 

Continental Europe is the fastest growing region for HCL. HCL has taken an adaptive approach to Continental Europe with local leadership in each region.
